武钢耐火材料公司活性石灰窑车间1#活性石灰回转窑，产能为600t/d，燃料采用焦炉煤气，回转窑系统设备主要由竖式预热器、回转窑等组成。
    高温烟气（350℃）从竖式预热器出口经管路与控制阀门再通过机力冷却器进行降温，降温后出口处排出的烟气温度降温至180℃，并经过烟道进入长袋低压脉冲布袋除尘器，进入除尘器滤袋室的烟气中粉尘逐步被吸附在滤袋上，当除尘器达到一定的阻力时，清灰装置开始依次分室进行清灰工作。经过脉冲喷吹装置清灰后，吸附在滤袋上粉尘抖落入除尘器的灰斗中，清灰完成后，除尘器的阻力达到正常值。经过滤袋清灰后粉尘排入灰斗中，由星形卸灰阀排出，灰贮存于中间灰斗中，最终由罐车运走。

1# active rotary limekiln of active limekiln workshop in Refractory Material Company of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation has the production capacity of 600t/d with fuel of coke oven gas. Rotary kiln system equipments consist of vertical preheaters, rotary kilns, etc.
High temperature flue gas (350 ℃) from vertical preheater outlet passes pipeline for cooling with control valve by mechanical cooler; flue gas discharged from outlet with the temperature down to 180 ℃ after cooling enters long-bag low pressure pulse bag filter through the flue and the dust of flue gas in the filter bag chamber is gradually adsorbed on the filter bag and when the bag filter reaches a certain resistance, the dust removal device starts to work in turn by compartments. After dust removal by pulse jetting device, the dust absorbed on the filter bag is shaken off and falls into the hopper of bag filter; after dust removal is completed, the resistance of bag filter turns to normal. After dust removal by the filter bag, the dust is discharged into the hopper by star cinder valve and the ash stored in intermediate hopper will finally taken away by tankers.
